WELCOME to "ART."
We do Community Theatre in Alameda California, mainly by and for the people of Alameda.

Our founder and managing director is Tom Billings, a long time Alameda resident and veteran performer, director, and playwright.
|
|
|
|
Our goal is to augment threatical presence and experience in Alameda by supplementing the work of other excellent performing entities including Alameda Children's Musical Theatre, Alameda Civic Light Opera, Alameda High School, Altarena Playhouse, Encinal High School, St, Joseph Notre Dame HIgh School, and StageMasters of the Elks Lodge.

Our initial offering will be a "concert" performance of "A CHRISTMAS CAROL - THE MUSICAL!" freely adapted from Charles Dickens' holiday classic by two Alamedans. Music by David Howitt, Book and Lyrics by Tom Billings. The work will be performed in collaboration with the St. Joseph Basilica Choir at St. Joseph Basilica in Alameda in conjunction with the Choir's 2002 annual Christmas concert.
